Maddie Nelson

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago with my eyes always pointed northward waiting for the next getaway to our cabin on Leech Lake, and eventually Pelican Lake. Growing up, this area was my happy place, and where I felt the most at home. During college I spent every summer living and working at the lake, and knew I wanted to make the move permanent as soon as possible. This area has been a cornerstone in shaping me as a person, and even though I have been a full-time resident for a while now I still have the same awe about the area that I did as a little girl.

It’s one thing to sell a lifestyle, but another to LIVE the lifestyle.  I feel so lucky to call this area home that I try to enjoy it to the fullest year-round!  Whether it is fishing in the spring, golfing in the summer, hiking in the fall or snowshoeing in the winter…Let me be your local expert as you explore everything this area has to offer, because I am here living it each and every day!

At the end of the day, my goal is to make the process of buying or selling as smooth as possible.  I achieve this through professionalism, excellent communication, preparedness and of course adding some humor too. Let me overanalyze everything so that you don’t have to.
